Please be informed that there are a total of two boxes for shipping. One box for the faucet system, the other box for the sink and accessories. 

There are three installation methods: above-counter, mid-counter, and under-counter installation. The recommended hole-cutting size for the above-counter installation is 720*430mm/ 28.35*16.93 inch. Formid-counter and under-counter installations, we recommend cutting the hole size on-site.

Our products are backed by a two-year warranty. During this timeframe, in the event of any quality concerns, we will replace major components with brand new ones and provide replacement parts for smaller accessories.

Our luxury kitchen sink is compatible with garbage disposals. The drain hole diameter is 9cm/3.54 inches, and it's recommended to use a garbage disposal unit weighing up to 5kg/11 lbs.

No, it doesn't need electricity or batteries. It has a turbine inside, and when the water flows through, the turbine will turn and generate electricity, which is used to display the water temperature.

Yes, it's easy to install. We provide installation manual, as well as the mounting accessories required for installation. Just follow the manual to complete the installation. Also, the hot and cold water pipes are included.

To keep the product clean & shining, follow the steps below:

  • Rinse with clean water & dry with a soft cloth
  • Do not clean with soaps, acid, polish, abrasives or harsh cleaners
  • Do not use cloth with a coarse surface
  • Unscrew the aerator and clean when necessary

Yes it can. But please make sure the height of the faucet is higher than your countertop basin. Please refer to the specification sheet for the height of the faucet.
